I am a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and certified Spiritual Coach with more than thirty years of lived experience navigating chronic GI illness. My journey has been shaped not only by illness, but by profound life experiences that tested my strength, resilience, and ability to rebuild myself again and again.
Over the years, I have lived through heartbreak, loss, major life transitions, surgeries, personal trauma, reinvention, and the emotional weight that often comes with surviving difficult seasons. I spent sixteen years married, walked through divorce, returned to school later in life to become a nurse at thirty nine, and even went on to own an adventure park. Life has asked me to begin again more times than I can count.
I am also a mother to four adult children and Meemere to two grandsons. Together, we have built a strong and deeply connected family through some very hard seasons of life. We have learned the importance of resilience, self awareness, accountability, intuition, and personal growth, not because life was easy, but because we refused to stop growing through what we faced.
What these experiences taught me is that healing is rarely linear, and strength is not always loud. Sometimes strength is simply choosing to keep going. To keep learning. To keep rebuilding. To remain openhearted after life has given you every reason to shut down.
Today, my work and the way I move through the world are deeply rooted in self-compassion, empathy, intuition, accountability, nervous system awareness, and personal growth. I have learned that putting yourself first is not selfish; it is what makes real empathy possible. I understand what it feels like to survive difficult things while still trying to create meaning, connection, and hope within your life.
I look forward to walking this path with you.
Lovingly,
Suzie Fleur
